The 7SR Football Fantasy development stages, presented in order. Each stage is marked as completed, in progress or planned. Planned stages are intentions only and may change.

1. Phase 01

   Foundation & Brand

   Establish the 7SR Football Fantasy identity, token specification and public information hub.

   • 7SR brand system and premium navy-and-gold identity
   • ICRC-1 / ICRC-2 token specification on the Internet Computer
   • Informational website covering tokenomics, features and community

2. Phase 02

   Completed

   Community & Liquidity

   Open the official channels and prepare the token for public trading.

   • Official X community channel launched
   • Liquidity allocation secured for market making
   • Token distribution plan published and audited internally

3. Phase 03

   Fantasy Game Core

   Build the core fantasy football experience: squads, competitions and scoring.

   • 11-player squad selection and formation builder
   • Competition scheduling across supported leagues
   • Reward engine tied to the in-app game economy

   Introduce staking mechanics and recurring reward distribution for holders.
